Our treasured Volunteer of the Month, Bob said, “I’m kind of shy and not very smart, so I figured taking the Master Naturalist training would be a fun way to meet new people with similar interests and learn about my new world here in Fort Collins. I was right and it worked. Wanting to and getting to share that new-found knowledge along with my background experiences with the public and fellow volunteers was an unexpected outcome. I didn’t anticipate it would be this much fun!”

We think Bob is very smart and he doesn’t seem shy to us! He is a Volunteer Ranger Assistant and a Master Naturalist volunteer. You can meet him at Fossil Creek Reservoir, leading most of the Eagle Watches. Congratulations and we appreciate you, Bob!
